BrandMaker is an AI-powered brand asset generation platform that helps users create brand identities, logos, mascots, social media avatars, and other visual assets. By using this service, you agree to be bound by these terms.

## 2. Account Registration

- You must be at least 13 years old to use this service
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials
- You are responsible for all activities under your account

## 3. Subscription & Payments

- **Subscription Plans:** We offer different tiers of monthly subscription plans. Features and pricing are detailed on the pricing page
- **Billing Cycle:** Subscriptions are billed monthly from the date of subscription
- **Auto-Renewal:** Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the end of the current billing cycle
- **Refund Policy:** Subscription fees are generally non-refundable. Please contact support for special circumstances
- **Price Changes:** We reserve the right to adjust prices with prior notice

## 4. Usage Restrictions

When using our services, you agree not to:

## 6. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

- AI-generated content may not be perfect and may require adjustments
- We do not guarantee that generated content will not be similar to existing designs
- You are responsible for ensuring generated assets do not infringe third-party rights
- We recommend conducting a trademark search before official use

## 7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain stable service operation but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We reserve the right to suspend service for maintenance, updates, or other reasons.

## 8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we make no express or implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

- You may cancel your subscription and stop using the service at any time
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms
- Upon termination, your rights to use generated assets will be determined by your subscription type

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notifications. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
